How we print
Every product on this site is produced using one of three core processes. Here’s what each process does, what it’s best suited to, and where its limitations matter giving you a clear view of the equipment and production methods behind the catalogue.
Wide Format Printing
Roll-fed digital printing onto vinyl, banner PVC, mesh and film ideal for banners, stickers, decals and other graphics printed to length.
Flatbed Printing
Direct UV printing onto rigid sheet materials such as corflute, acrylic, metal, MDF and foam PVC printed flat rather than fed from a roll, making it ideal for rigid signage and display products.
Finishing & Lamination
Lamination, contour cutting, hemming and mounting are applied to PALS’ own printed output the finishing stage after printing, rather than a product or print process on its own.
