Cut and polished acrylic panels for receptions, lobbies and premium signage.

About acrylic

Window film typically serves one of two purposes: privacy, branding or a combination of both. Etch-effect frosted film creates a sandblasted appearance and can be cut into logos, patterns or simple privacy bands.

Perforated one-way vision film allows a full graphic to be printed on the outside while maintaining visibility from inside. This makes it a popular choice for shopfront windows and rear vehicle glass.

Australia wide shipping from $14.99.

Questions we get asked

What is second-surface printing?

We reverse-print your design directly onto the underside of clear acrylic and back it with a solid white flood coat. Viewed from the front, your graphic is shielded beneath a high-gloss, glass-like layer that resists surface scratches and gives the sign a rich, high-end optical depth.

How thick should my sign be?

A 5mm thickness is ideal for standoff-mounted boards up to roughly 600 x 900mm to prevent bowing. Compact desk or door plaques work well at 3mm, while larger formats, cantilevered installations, or signs requiring a chunky, prominent profile should step up to 10mm.

What do the edges look like?

Laser-cutting produces an ultra-clear, flame-polished edge directly from the bed—the classic finish preferred for reception feature walls. CNC router-cutting yields a smooth matte edge, which can be hand-polished in an additional step. Let us know your preferred style so we can select the right cutting method.

How does it fix to the wall?

Architectural standoffs are the go-to solution: we pre-drill the panel and provide barrel mounts that suspend it 15–25mm off the wall to create a sharp shadow line. For flush mounting, you can opt for heavy-duty VHB double-sided tape on smooth interior walls, or concealed locator pins for a clean, floating finish.

Will acrylic yellow outdoors?

No, premium cast acrylic is naturally UV-stable and maintains its clarity outdoors for years. The printed ink is what’s sensitive to weather, so outdoor acrylic signs should always be reverse-printed (second surface) or finished with a protective laminate rather than left as an exposed face print.
