Questions we get asked
What sizes can you print?
A3 up to A0 as standard, and past A0 in one piece up to the width of the roll. Because it is roll-fed, a non-standard size costs no more than the nearest A size, so print the size that fits the wall rather than the size on the list.
What resolution should the file be?
Do they ship rolled or flat?
Large posters ship rolled in a tube by default, which is both safer and cheaper to freight. A3 and A2 can go flat in a board-backed envelope if they need to be pinned up straight out of the packaging.
Can posters be laminated?
Yes, gloss or matte, and it is worth it for anything handled or displayed near a doorway. Laminate stiffens the sheet, stops finger marks and lets a poster be wiped down, but it also makes it harder to roll tightly for transport.
Can you mount a poster onto board?
Yes. Face-mounting to foam PVC or an MDF block gives a rigid panel that hangs without a frame. Tell us the finished size and whether it needs to be ready to hang, because the mount and the fixings are chosen together.
