Display Stands

Pull-up banners, X-frames and A-frames for expos, retail and the footpath.

About Display Stands

Display stands cover a range of freestanding signage options, from retractable pull-up banners for expos and receptions to lightweight X-frames and A-frames for footpath use. Indoor stands typically use a lightweight PVC or polyester graphic mounted in an aluminium cassette. Outdoor A-frames can be fitted with printed corflute or metal panels, which can be replaced separately whenever your message or artwork changes.

Australia wide shipping from $14.99.

Questions we get asked

Should the film go on the inside or the outside of the glass?

Install window film on the inside wherever the application allows. The glass protects the film from weather, cleaning and vandalism, helping the graphic last significantly longer.

Perforated one-way vision film is the exception. Its perforations need to face the viewer to create the one-way vision effect, so it is installed on the outside of the glass.

Does one-way vision still work at night?

The one-way vision effect reverses at night. When the interior is brighter than the outside, people can see into the space more easily and the exterior graphic becomes less visible.

If the shop operates after dark, plan the lighting accordingly and consider illuminating the graphic from outside to maintain its visibility.

Will frosted film really stop people seeing in?

Frosted film reduces detail rather than creating complete privacy. It diffuses the view so movement and general shapes remain visible, while faces, screens and paperwork are obscured.

For full blackout or complete visual privacy, use an opaque printed film rather than a frosted finish.

Do you install it, or do I?

Questions we get asked

How do I set up pull-up banner artwork?

Set your canvas to 850 x 2000mm, keeping the bottom 100mm blank since it rolls inside the cassette and stays hidden. Place your key message and branding in the top third so they remain visible above eye level in crowded rooms, and avoid placing critical information within 400mm of the floor.

Can I reuse the base and just change the graphic?

Yes, if you choose our premium models—they feature an interchangeable cartridge system so you can swap out graphics while keeping the same hardware. Standard economy stands are permanently sealed during production, meaning the print and base must be replaced together.

Can a pull-up banner go outside?

Only in calm, sheltered areas while supervised. They lack the weighted stability required for wind, and the materials aren’t rated for prolonged sun exposure. For true outdoor use, opt for an outdoor A-frame or an eyeletted banner secured to fencing.

How do I stop an A-frame blowing over?

Choose a model with a ballast chamber and fill it with sand or water, or suspend a sandbag from the center hinge. Large panels catch the wind quickly, so an unweighted frame placed on an open sidewalk will easily tip over.

Does the stand come with a carry bag?

Yes, retractable pull-up banners include a padded travel bag, while X-frame stands come with a protective fabric sleeve. A-frames are shipped flat-packed or pre-assembled based on the design—let us know if you need yours sidewalk-ready upon delivery.
